I'm considering getting another tattoo. I think every year on my birthday I consider this but this year I definitely want one. I got my first (and only one) when I was 18 as a birthday present to myself, and it's my birthday next Saturday, so maybe in the next few weeks I will have a new one? Exciting!

After many a week bemoaning my lack of work, I finally have a job! I start next month at Southampton University's Oceanography centre. Oceanography is a huge building/behemoth in Southampton docks, literally across the road from where I used to live, funnily enough. First week of my new/old job was jolly good considering I caught a cold on my first day. Still have it now, though it's graduated to the part where it's all "I'm gonna make it hard for you to talk instead of breath". Bleh. On the plus side I can breath now. Yay! Some truly rad stuff has happened this yeah, but I'm very happy the year has come to an end. Moving back in with my mum wasn't so great (though it makes living cheaper, heh) and I've had an epic chest infection and bruised ribs again which means taking time off work, which means not having money.
